I cant decode my Huffy captures anymore... :(

I captured them as usually...

720x576 @25fps -> Huffyuv

They played really fine yesterday !!!

I haven't touched them till yesterday, but now they all look somehow distored...

Interlaced + funny colored vertical lines in dark arrears !!!

I would upload some sample frames, but I have no web-space to do this... :(

If somebody wants, I could mail them !!!

PS: This is what GSpot shows for decompression...

(S) -> AVI Splitter -> [VFW: Huffyuv v2.1.1 - CCESP Patch v0.2.2] -> Color Space Converter -> (R)

Clue someone ???

Did you happen to change the field threshold in huffyuv configuration dialog?
Try changing the value and see what happens.
It might not be that, but it's worth a try.

Already tried, but didn't helped... :(

Could it be a "colorspace" problem ???

Because I get this funny colors mainly in pure black arears... :confused:

I had this problem, too some times ago!

I played with the field-threshold, too but nothing helped, then I installed an older huffy-build without this feature und later again the newer one. that helped me, don't know why, but it did...

I'm no expert, but I was having this EXACT problem with various players at various times when I didn't have the "Always suggest RGB format of output" when I was encoding with Huffy. Perhaps it puts into the data the format for converting to RGB, and if it doesn't have this, some players get confused? No clue.

Someone here told me to click that option, and since I've done that, I've never had a problem. Of course, this has to be done before you encode.

I'm a newbie, so take my suggestion/statement lightly.
