vob_ts--->To mpeg, divx or avi

i have some backups of FULL dvd movies on to my hd
as vob files., (backed up with dvd shrink beta5)
NOW i want to convert the vobs into some sort of ether mpeg,avi or divx

i tried dr divx but, no good.

is there any other s/w to use ?

i am lookin for s/w thats fast and HIGH quality!!

i know i ask for to much lol
