Are your 5 VOB files all belong to the same movie or they from different movies?
Anyways, if they are one big movie together and they are renamed as follows...
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB
...open IfoEdit and click on Create IFOs button.

All data about audio and subtile is gone. How do a get it back?

Have a look at this guide (http://ifoedit.wh.fr0zen.com/createifo094.html): it explains how to create new IFOs and to adjust audio and subtitle data.
Here's a guide (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&postid=283424#post283424) by 2COOL to fix green subtitles.
Have fun ;)

Follow the guide (pay attention especially to the "not close IFOEdit" thing) and when it talks about the original movie's IFO, use the IFO from an original DVD you own in which subtitles are black and white.
