I hope this is the correct area for this post...Just in case, I did consider putting it in Hardware, but found my question(s) really pertain to both...
I have the opportunity to purchase a brand new unopened AVerMedia DVD EZMaker PCI system still in the box for $20.00 from a guy I know. I would like to be able to capture old VHS tapes to CD or SVCD CD's if possible since I have experience in them.
I have done several searches on this forum as well as dvdrhelp forum to find info on this card and have found several good posts in both areas. But still my question has not really been answered.
My PC specs are listed below if needed.
My question is from what I have found AVerMedia DVD EZMaker PCI can create to DVD quality, but since I do not yet have a DVD burner I what to go for SVCD quality, is this possible after capturing with AVerMedia DVD EZMaker PCI? Here are it's specs:
