any ideas on how i can convert MPEG2 to vob files with no compression.

I am using unlead dvd movie factory at the moment, and when i open my movie which is 6.4 gig, it automatically narrows it down to 4.2 gig to fit on to a dvd. I want to convert it to Vob files with no compression then use dvd shink to compress it, any ideas on what to use >>>??????? and HOW!???

cheers jamie

You can use IFOEdit, DVDLab or TMPGEnc DVD Author to do that.

hey, if i remember correctly, all you should need to do is select the highest possible quality DVD that can be made, and then tick the "Do not encode compliant files" (or something like that) checkbox, and it should just happily make the vobs.
