If you go to a webpage www.deepdiscountdvd.com and you've never seen that page..well be prepaired to get a hardattack!
That page has the lowest prices for original R1 dvds (anime/movies/ect). They are so low that I first thought it was a rippoff. But after I've read some revieuws about them I heared they where pretty relaible.
Anyone here can say something good/bad about them? Who here has ordered something from there?
I want to order some DVDs but they are all out of stock, does anyone know how long it average takes before they got something in stock again? What about ordering something thats out of stock, anyone did that here before? And how did it went?

I am not normally one to plug a website (this one excluded), but most of the time on Non new releases they are the cheapest around when you factor in shipping.
Keep in mind these things.
1. Not the greatest new release pricing. I often find Best Buy's new release prices as good or better, but after the initial sales go away they are a good place to look.
2. Sometimes they can be beat by Amazon.com, but not often.
3. Free shipping can take some time. Don't expect your items in less then a week. Free shipping is sent U.S. Postal. Which is great for me because I am never home to sign for UPS.
4. Returns/exchanges very hassle free. Simply affice the supplied label on the shipping box, fill in the few questions asked in the paper the label is attached to and send it back. No need for an RMA or to contact them in any manor. In a couple of weeks you will have a replacement or credit if unopened. I have only needed to do this once as the disc had come loose in shipping and was pretty scratched up.
In the end I find them to be reputable and easy to deal with, but look around before committing as they may not be the best deal.
Sometimes backorders can take a very long time. I have cancled more then one and paid a little more, but at least the other place had it.

i've had an item backordered from there since the 2nd of december. it was supposed to be in on the 12th, then the 17th, then the 27th, then early january, now it's supposedly been in for a week, but i still haven't got it. unfortunately this is my only experience with them, but their price is what made me choose them in the first place.

I've had a very good experience (a Utena DVD box) and their free shipping and great prices have always been great for me.
