Koepi's build 1.00-beta3 decoder question?

Are there any options to play around with it? I cannot find any menu or program of it. Should I also install a ffshow with it?

XviD is plenty of configuration options to tune your encodes.
The best thing you can do is to take a look at the guides here in Doom9 and afterwards search the forum to find more information about the options.
ffdshow is only for decoding, and you have a decoder already with beta3.
