Without more information on which stage the process fails and what exactly happens it will be very difficult to help.

That goes for this forum, the newbies forum and the software players forum, each of which contains this exact same post.

Please read the forum rules - they are linked from the top of every page. Cross-posting the same thing in various different forums breaks rule #8. At any rate, I think DVDFab is more a "One-click backup" program so perhaps one of the mods here will move it for you.

Nick->Five hours after you responded to THIS thread, Sweden posted on the issue in One Clicks. There's more information to work with in that thread, so I'm going to delete the one that's currently on the board in Newbies.
