instunction of Koepi's build beta3

I have browsed all the web I can find for the xvid's setting, including the faq in this forums. I am still do not understand some parts in the new Koepi's build of xvid 1.0-beta3. I am using DivX for a while and the lack of support is one of the major reasons to prevent me to switch to xvid. Obviously the quite most guide availabe are out-of-date. Some options are not available now while some other are completely new. Can anyone give me some instuctions or can we set up a more detailed thread sticky on the top here explained every options in Koepi's build. That will be very very helpful.

It seems to explain everything, and if you have any detailed questions ask them :)

I suggest you Koepi or others put the link to this doom9's guide in their websites, so it can save other users a lot of time to search for answers.
