AviSynth crashes due to warpsharp?

I keep having crashes that seem related to Avisynth, for instance on just starting and exiting VirtualDubMod, on exit it crashes here:

AVISYNTH! 0128a1e5()
that's all the information available.

Similarly, opening any Avisynth script or even AVI file, both VDub and VdubMod crash on exit the same way.

Open Avisynth script in MPC, crash on exit here:

AVISYNTH! 01baa1e5()
ffffffb8()

Moving avisynth.dll away from winsys32 resolves the problem. Of course I can not open Avisynth scripts, but at least no more crashes when opening AVI files.

alrightee, moving away plugins/warpsharp.dll resolves the problems as well.

Well, at least now things are working again. Hope this information is useful (warpsharp crashing).

EDIT: clearly, avisynth does not include warpsharp.dll so I must have copied it to the plugins folder myself. Just something to be aware of, in case similar crashes are observed.

Hi,everyone!

The latest warpsharp.dll and LoadPluginEx.dll never crash VDubMod or other applications,if these plugins are even in plugin dir.

You should use warpsharp.dll and LoadPluginEx.dll included in warpsharp_2003_1103.cab.

You can also test whether these plugins don't cause any problems by using plugin_autoloading_test.cab

I must be doing something wrong, because I can't get the latest Warpsharp package to work at all, not even when I load my plugins manually...

Did you copy msvcp71.dll/msvcr71.dll to your system directory?
