I have a miro pctv cap card and when I cap from tv or from live satellite my video and audio are in sync (using vdub sync and huffy). My satellite receiver is also a recorder, and if i play a recorded program back and capture it, the audio always lags by 150ms. Can I simply set vdub's audio interleaving to -150 and use the save wave command to save the corrected wave file. (I need to convert it to ac3 anyway so it has to be extracted). I guess what I am asking is will vdub correct the time delay while using the save wave command? Some of the files I work with are up to 60 and 70gb so a quick way would be appreciated.

No response in the capture forum. But, since the question is really about Vdub audio stream management, perhaps you'll get an answer from the Vdub(mod) forum.

Yes, the delay is applied during Save WAV.
