How to create DVD Text

I Have a Sony DVD Player (DVP-CX985V) that has DVD text capability. This feature is available only with some commercial DVD's. When I check carefully one of them, I notice that inside of those DVD's there is also a file called "Jacket" that I think is responsible for this feature.
Is there any program to create this folder (or information inside this folder) when authoring a DVD ?

Jacket contains pictures (jacket pictures, the artwork found on the jewel case). The text is in video_ts.ifo
