problems encoding files

hi this is my first thread and my problem is this, i'm trying to encode one file and I'm using multi passes......the first pass is normal but the second pass is wrong because I write for the file come with 637548Kb and after the second pass it comes with 1.5GB
all XviD here have the same problem......I dont have control of the size of the end file........what can I do????

a) hit "load defaults" once after installing a new xvid build
b) look at your quantizer restrictions. Are they 2 - 31 for every frame type?

Please give us the necessary information we need to help you, we can't read your thoughts nor the settings / software/programs you use on your computer. Also, give the xvid-1.0-guide of doom9 a read.
