I was doing some regular maintenance & clean up on my PC, & upon running PestPatrol to scan for spyware it found some spyware in the DVD2SVCD programs installation folder. PestPatrol listed the pest as type, "IROffer", "Catagory - Exploit". Below is the info it gives me.

In File: C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\VCDImager\cygwin1.dll
PVT: -732785117
MD5: 5258d7be3bf683bedfb06778def1769b
Date: 03/18/2003 4:21:58 PM
Company Name: Red Hat
File Description: Cygwin POSIX Emulation DLL
Legal Copyright: Copyright Red Hat Inc. 1996-2003
Original Filename: cygwin1.dll
Product Name: Cygwin
Product Version: 1.3.22-dontuse-21

Is it safe to ignore this, or should I let PestPatrol Delete it?

Thanks
