DVD Author problem..

I've converted a simpsons avi episode with TMPGEnc to a DVD MPEG2 mpg file. When I author the file with TMPG DVD Author it plays fine, on both pc (powerdvd) and standalone. Now I've ripped (from the same avi) the audio to an ac3 file and converted the video (without audio) to a m2v file. I've authored these file again with TMPG DVD Author but when playing I get a problem: when I load in powerdvd the ifo files, the episode is showed in like 1 minute, like 300 frames/sec, and without audio. When I open the vob file with BSPlayer, it plays well, with audio..

Does anyone know what this is?
