Hi,
I have a Sony DAV-SC8 Home Cinema system that can read CD-ROM disks with MP3 or JPG files.
In the manual says that it CANNOT read DVD-ROM disks!

Is there any way I can burn a DVD-ROM disk and make Sony think that it is a biiiiig CD-ROM?
You see, I can put tooo many MP3s in a DVD-ROM (4.7 GBs)...

Thanks in advance...

I don't think you'll be able to. I think the media check in most DVD players is based on the natural attributes of the media (track pitch, size of pits, that sort of thing), not on what is written on the disk. So there is probably no way to trick the player into thinking a DVDR is a CDR.
