Main site's top frame not showing well in low resolution

I don't know if it is on purpose, but if I reduce the size of the IE explorer window in Doom9's main site, the mirror flags go over the "Doom9.net" and "Doom9.org" texts. I am ataching a screen capture to show you what I mean.

No, that's not on purpose. However, even at 800x600 the top frame is still shown in its full glory so I don't think there's a need to do anything.
