Vdub Error - Camcoder AVI file won't open!!!

I get this error when I try to open my captured AVI file from my Sony TRV22 camcorder.

Any idea how I can resolve this?

I want to do some editing to the video, and am very used to Vdub, but very annoyed it doesn't load!

Please please please help me if you can!
