CD Rom html

I have a CD rom with perhaps 20 pages of text in html each with about 3 hyperlinks to short videoclips. I would like to play this on a DVD player so I can study the info from the couch on the TV. Is there any reasonable way to put this on a VCD or SVCD?

I think it's not possible, but you can try to connect the tv-out of your videocard, if it has one, to your tv, and then watch it..
