Problem with Daemon Tools 3.43 & Title Pic

Hello,

I tried to Backup a DVD. this is my first rip and went i encoded the first time I had a few probs but after asking around from friends my second encode was much better. But my title picture didnt show up, I used PowerDVD 5 to play the movie. I was just wondering for the title bitmapif there is any specific size it has to be. The default (the one with the orange and smiling) is 240x240 pixels...will that expand to fit screen or will it be tiled. I also encountered a few probs with Daemon Tools. Im using version 3.43. What happened is the first time I mount it it works then when i mount 2nd image it comes as two audio tracks with distorted sound. I tried the first one again and it too had wierd sound but when I mounted it before it worked fine. I restarted the comp and it again worked fine for the 1st mount but after that it screws up. Can ne one help, thanx!

Btw I using DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 Build 3

Maybe you got no help because it seemed not relevant too. ;)

There are several things that the log shows which can give others a light on your problem. Please :logfile:

BTW, about the Daemon tools thing, try using another mounting tool, like CloneCD, and see if you can reproduce de problem.

And jsoto...im not really sure what ur askin me but basically when I unmount and mount again it does show up...Ill take r6d2 advice and try CloneCD....there should be a free trial right...neway im sorta running out of my d/l limit so might have to wait to try that...Thanx ne way Guys and any news on the issue would be great

im not really sure what ur askin me
I mean, exit PowerDVD, umount the image, mount the new one and start again PowerDVD. In my experience, sometimes a SW player (PowerDVD, WinDVD) hangs when I umount/mount without exiting the player, but I never have had the problems you are describing.

About your log, I see you have done a recover from Image authoring. Did you change any setting?. It is not recommended. Just to be sure, please try a clean encode from the beginning.

It also seems you run out of disk space!

BTW, did you try CloneCD? I had a similar problem as yours with some ISOs mounted with Daemon Tools and CloneCD was able to read them.

Firsty Jsoto I did exit PowerDVD and then tried to remount but still same result. Witht the Image Authoring I left it to run over night and before I woke up mum popped over to the comp and restarted it!...how annoying :D .. so I didnt change ne setting...just resumed with D2S. I did runnout of space as well but I deleted some unnessesary files on that drive and i think it continued uninteruppted, I havent trried CloneCD but Im sure when i burn it will work out right...im more worried bout the title pic :) it doesnt dispaly in PowerDVD...ne size the bitmap has to be?
