Judging by the words "Integrated Sigma Design single chip",
I guess not, unfortunately.

Seems like only places that are swamped with the nice Mediatek players lie south and Easth of Belgium: Germany, France, and all further to the right and below.

I think all new models are Mediatek chipset. Check the firmware update page. The 'A' firmware is the MTK.BIN

@oddball yes it is a MT based player but the price is WOW 143 € thats even 20 € more then the Elta :) and the Rev is still uknown of the player but it looks like it has more "Gold" hardware then any other MT player like the Hitachi Loader but hmm is that so important ;) looking @ the fimrware and seeing that the CD has to be named MEDIATEK its obvious that it is a DE based Player as the Elta

Yes but £99 is OK considering that the Elta is selling on Ebay at over £100 (Some are paying much more) anyhow in the UK.
