VDubMod Crash Error 2nd pass

Everytime I try to encode in XviD it crashes. the first pass seems to go through alright but then when the 2nd pass starts, and error pops out. . . ..

Video compression error: An unknown error occurred (may be corrupt data). (error code -100)

I am using gordian knot to encode (Lastest Version) and XviD-24062003-1.exe

Any Suggestions?

Make sure the path to the statsfile exists and that there is enough space for it.
