When is the next anticipated update to DVD2SVCD?

It's been a couple of months since the SVCD resizing error was discovered with build 3.

I'm wondering when the build 4 will be released which is supposed to fix this oversight.

I'm also wondering, a la another thread, when/if alternate DVD2AVI executablew will be allowable.

Still, no mention of release date. That's what I find quite frustrating. It's been a few months, literally, since the 480 width problem was found and DVD2AVIDG has been out for a few months as well. What has to happen to get a new release?

All I can tell you is he is working on it. I do know he wants to get out a new release very soon. Whether that is in a week or a month, I can't really say.
