about Quicklinks

Umm, let's see. How about most visited guides at the top (that's probably what it currently is?), and under that (separated by a separator) the documents that aren't available directly from guides (only from "full document list").

I didn't realize you were talking about that, I thought it would be some new forum feature :rolleyes:

and 7 Doom9 forums :)

I must say that I never used the Quicklinks.

But I don´t care if they are there or not. I think that they don't bother anybody, and maybe somebody finds them useful.

I visit the news page regularly. But I also forgot about those quicklinks.

I think the titles available under the "More" quicklink should be the quicklinks, and nothing else. Haven't voted yet, will vote "Don't care".

I was thinking about possibly replacing the quicklinks with the site search but that isn't possible or I would be in violation of Google's site search TOS and they could force me to remove the search altoghether (that means the search will have to stay on a separate page).
But as we get more and more mirrors (two more are in preparation), we'll run out out screen real-estate pretty soon and have to put the mirror links in a dropdown like the quicklinks.. and guess where I'd like to place that..

and under that (separated by a separator) the documents that aren't available directly from guides (only from "full document list").Umm.. not even my 21" flatscreen would be big enough to handle that list.. it would take several pages. Most documents are not directly accessible because they are part of a guide.. only the start page of a guide is linked via the guides page.
