VDubMod stops at 58%... does not freeze, just 0 fps

I was encoding in VDubMod and configured everything just the way I normally used to do (Before I formatted my PC). I queued up everything in the Job Control and hit start, and everthing goes smoothly until 58% through the first pass (First Job). It actually doesn't freeze. It just goes down to 0.0 fps, and does not encode any further apparently. Am I missing something since I formatted?

Hi, i is sounds to me like you are experiencing a live lock, check out this thread...http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=62774 is should tell you about it on the log tab.
