WMP9 autorun?

Is it possible to make files that autorun in WMP9? If so, any tutorials for that?

What the best player to use if you want good and easy autorun capability/setup and assured development for some time.

I used to be a big fan of MicroDVD Player and made all my rips autorun compatible with that (and still do) but the development has been stopped a long ago...

You can use BSplayer and HW BSplayer Autorun. BSplayer is similar to MicroDVD player and I'm sure you'll like it. ;)


As far the wm autorun capabilities, I don't know cause I don't use it. :rolleyes:

As MPC, AIW Player doesn't require any installation and it's size is ~300 kb. So... you won't require overburning and the program will run without requiring installation.

All you have to do is to open your video, click Options - Make autorun.inf. Put your movie, autorun.inf and aiwplayer.exe in the root folder of the cd. When AIW Player is launched it looks for autorun.inf in it's path and if it founds something it automatically plays the file under AIW Player autorun section.

With MPC it's 1MB only and you can play every thing without instalation use the autorun in the other thread of AUTOPLAY with mpc
