Smartripper 2.41 the final version?

Just wondering since I couldn't find any confirmation on this. Since Smartripper has been stuck at v2.41, it is possibly the last version we'll see out of it? I believe the author is TRON. It's been 2.41 for a loooong time and in need of updates. I'm assuming development has ceased. It's still good to use but definitely not up to par with current DVD Decrypter.

I'm still amazed on so many newbies are dead-set with using only Smartripper. Then they post that they have problems with ripping and not even glance at or try DVD Decrypter.

Does anyone know when SmartRipper 2.41 was released and what version DVD Decrypter was at the time?

@2COOL: my website will give you the answer. The main reason I keep the old news is for documentation.. you can still accurately follow the process a tool has made by looking at my old news. While the software isn't there anymore, the version number and changelog still is..
