IMBD movie info search

hi

everytime i try to perform the search for info on the movie i get an error screen saying "Read error 64 , the specified network name is nolonger available"

i don't have a firewall at the moment & have tried several movie names.


using D2S ver 1.2.1b3


have tried searching for a solution but haven't found anything

I have had the same problem but checked the bug tracker to see if someone had submitted it. It is mentioned in the bug report which you can look at here http://www.dvd2dvd.org/bugtracker/index.php . Search for it. That is another good place to look if you have tried searching for an answer here.

IMDB switches its page structure from time to time. I use Ant Movie Manager and it got dizzy too. I downloaded a revised version of Ant and worked OK. DVD2SVCD (him) is aware of this peculiar behaviour of IMDB, but he probably is working on other things, so an update to the scripting used in D2S may be delayed.

BTW, I used to include all the stuff on the CD but I never read it, so I do not use it anymore. Ant Movie Manager has been a much more useful way for me to manage my backup library.
