audio only capture

i have a flyvideo card (not sure of the model...maybe 3000) with an fm tuner built in. i just wanted to know if anyone is aware of a good way to capture some radio without losing too much quality? i realise this isnt strictly the right forum for it perhaps...but i didnt know anywhere else to ask.
