Color controls with Media Player Classic and Xvid?

Are the color controls (contrast, saturation, etc.) for MPC supposed to work by default for Xvid encodes? They don't affect my output at all. It would be nice if I could get them working, that's the only thing keeping from using it as my default player. If not, is it possible to get them working with MPC? Thanks

I think they are only supposed to work with MPEG1 / MPEG2.

Is there some sort of plugin MPC can use for MPEG-4 then?

You could use ffdshow to decode XviD and do lots of stuff with it :D
