I'm getting strange behavior with D2SRoBa's bitrate calculation.Here is what i mean

The thing i don't get is why in example #1 cbr was used to fill the CDs 100% at 2390 bitrate and not the same for example #2.As the log shows example #2 uses opv filling the CD's at 95.4% and doesn't provide the 2349 bitrate that would fill the CD's to the brink.It instead stops at 2230 bitrate thus the unfilled CD's.Anyone understand why D2SRoBa behaves in this manner?
