Sometimes you get a personal version of Ghost bundled with your mobo.
Here is something you could try:

(Havent tried ^^ this one)

Then there is also Partition Image on Linux. You could download Knoppix (a bootable Linux distro from CD) and make a image of your drive and burn it from there. Then remove the Knoppix CD and boot back to windows. If you want to restore just boot with Knoppix and run Partition Image. NTFS support is experimental ;)

The 'real' Ghost by Norton/Symantec has worked perfectly for me several times on several OSes.
