Dvd2svcd - Use Fat32 or NTFS partition with XP?

I am planning to install Windows XP this week and I am thinking of formatting my 80 gig hard drive to NTFS instead of Fat32.
My question is will this affect Dvd2svcd or any of it's component programs in anyway?
From what I have read on the net it shouldn't, but I want to make sure because Dvd2svcd is a very valuble part of my life and I would hate to loose it.:D

Is anyone running XP & Dvd2svcd and it's components right now under a NTFS hard drive? Any problems?

Shouldn't have any problems either way.

Fat32 will get in the way if you start making DVD's instead of SVCD though (max 4GB filesizes).

I've been using DVD2SVCD with the ripped VOB's on an NTFS drive, the output directory on a FAT32 drive, and the image built back onto an NTFS drive. I haven't had any problems.

Even when working with DVD-R's, you usually don't have to worry about files getting over 4GB except your final ISO. Still, it's usually better to have most drives use NTFS. I just like to keep one FAT32 partition around so I can boot into DOS and re-Ghost my main drive.
