Hi

Does anyone know how I can delay the playback of a DivX. This is what I want to do :

I created a CDA menu and when I click a button, it start playing a short sound (4-5sec). But by the time the sounds ends the movie is already playing. So is there an option (parameter) or another program that can do this? I could delay movie by adding empty frames but that is way to much work. So I want the movie to start after the sound has finished. The sound is a WAV or anything else if this doens't work, and the DivX is a OGM. I don't uwe one specific DivX player, so it should not be program dependent.

Thanks

I guess putting a serie of black frame is the best and easier solution:
I don't know if you can put it in a separate file or not,
but whether you can go for a separate file
or whether you need to merge it at the beginning of your movie,
it's not very difficult to create.
And it's not very complicate too...
3 min using avs & vitualdub...
search for blackness in avs help...
And it won't be costy at all in term of size...

I could do that but it seems a lot of works that's all. Using a delay command would be easier i guess. But thanks.
