Hi,

I am looking for a way to edit a decrypted set of vob and ifo files, so I can remove a clip. I want to retain the surround sound capability.

I appreciate I could demux and then edit using a video editor, but this would be a pain with ac3 format.

ANy ideas, ideally I would like to avoid recoding the mpeg, just to remove a clip

Thanks

I believe you can do this with DVD Shrink (by setting the start and end points of the bits you want in reauthor mode, you can do this as many times as you like).
I have never done it (I have taken various clips of diferrent DVDs with Shrink then joined them with VOBedit and them created new IFOs) but what you want should be easier than that
