Can an OGM have two audio tracks if one is AAC?

I tried muxing two aac tracks into an ogm using nic's muxer but only one audio stream appeared in graphedit.

I also tried an aac and a vorbis but the vorbis track (2nd track) was white noise.

Any way to do this?
