GOP Conversion

I have been informed by Sonic DVDit that MP2 files that I have must be changed to a format of 1 I frame, 5 P frames, 2 B frames.

Can that be done by any of transcoders such as ReJIG?

I don't think so. Keeping GOP structure is kinda of the core of what transcoders do.

Mpeg2VCR from www.womble.com has an option to "fix" the GOP structure of non-compliant mpeg files - it's worked well for me.
