Sorry if the question is too basic but I did'nt find the answer neither in the guides nor in the forum.
What I would like to do is to cut off the beginning and the end of some AVI file. Exactly the same thing I do with Wave files with, for example, Waveditor from Nero cutting off the applauses at the beginning ant the end of a song.
When I try with Virtualdub it predicts that it will take more than two hours for a video that is 1h45 long. I have selected Direct Stream. The speed is about 45 fps. I saw that it could be up to 800 fps.
But what I'm looking for couldn't take more than the time to copy an avi file from one disk to another. For my example file whose size is 14Gb it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
Any idea ?
