bbmpeg error

Hi there.

I got a bbmpeg error of:
Input File H:\Movies\ripped\Encoded_Video_CCE_PAL.mpv was not found when using dvd2svcd.
I am using the latest CCE SP.
Anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?:)
