Hi to all...

I need a DVD authoring programm to author my personal videos (converted to mpeg2 from Dv avi) with the following specs:

1) I need DTS and DD support. (2 audio files for 1 video)
2) I need Widescreen support (16:9)
3) User friendly (like spruce up).

I use all the time (for years now) Sonic Spruce Up and lately the TmpgencDvd Author.

Spruce up can't handle DTS and Widescreen, but it's userfriendly and i can create menus very easy!!

Tmpgenc can handle Widescreen, but no advanced menu edits and no DTS.

I need a programm like SpruceUp with DTS and 16:9 (widescreen) support. Is there one out there???

Thank you all in advance

P.S. I tried Scenarist and DVD lab / maestro but they seem to complicated for me

Adobe Encore perhaps? Haven't really tried it but it may fit the bill.

If you found Maestro and DVDlab too hard hard though I'm not sure there is a great deal of hope for you :p

Thank you for your reply....

I don't find Maestro and DVDlab too hard to learn... i just don't have the time!!

You see, Spruceup was a prog so easy like open, edit & export.. in about 3 minutes everything was ok and ready.

I guess i'll try to learn DVD lab.... it's easier than Maestro right?

For me, Adobe Encore is hard to use. If you want AC3 instead of dts and user friendly, you can use Nero Vision Express. For my DV's made a good job.
