How can I make the first chapter start 30 seconds into the movie? It's locked to 00:00:00:00 and won't let me change it...

You need to make a 2nd chapter at 30 seconds into the movie, and make your other chapters after that.

Then create a playlist, and don't put chapter 1 in it. Then link your menu or first play to chapter 1 of the playlist.
