I don't believe there's any tool capable of finding your original DVD material from the location you have in mind, converting it into DivX with all intermediate steps like target-filesize/resolutions/IVTC etc, and saving at a place you have in mind - all with just one click of your mouse.

Seriously, I am not trying to pull anyone's leg here. Just taking a tiny bit of pain to understand different processes (e.g., those in GK) can really be so much rewarding. Those extra clicks will really be worth your time and effort then.

Must not be freeware? If you insist upon a commercial tool, the only one I'm aware of for DivX encoding is Dr. DivX. But if I recall correctly, it does not allow for a DVD as a source. One must have already have DVD content on hard drive using a 3rd party DVD ripping tool.

Oh. Often, commercial users want commercial software, with an organized and responsive technical support organization. If they are using open software, they'll contract for tech support (e.g.: Linux, Redhat/Suse businesses).

As far as I'm aware, even DrDivX does not allow the creation of DivX with AC3 audio!
