Two Questions

1. What Interlace method in TMPGEnc would be equivelant to when you can use Force Film in DVD2AVI

2. I notice when I encode DVD the pans are kinda stuttery...This isn't noticable on animated material much (except pans) but it's VERY noticable on live-action and especially on CG animation. What causes this? (BTW: Using KDVD settings)
