WinDVD Platinum shows a (IMO) hideous picture with this bubble-silver thing when I start the program, and it got me thinking...

Can I change the images for programs? I have a handy little Icon changer that will replace pictures for SOME programs, but ones I really wanted to make my own Startup images (Photoshop and WinDVD) it doesn't.

Is there a way to do this??

If you're talking about the image that fills the video window when you start it, it will be in the skins directory. For WinDVD 4 this is "Skins\WinDVD 4\Video Window"; the files splash.jpg and splash256.jpg.
