TMPGEnc DVD Author read problems

Hello, I've been DVDshrink'ing movies to 2.2GIG and putting two movies on one DVDr with TMPGEnc DVD Author menu creation with no problems until now. I am trying to put Jeepers Creepers 2 and Miners Massacre on one DVD which are both done like before at 2.2GIG each but when I load my first movie (Jeepers Creepers 2) in TMPGEnc it see's it as being the proper 104min (2.239GIG) long, then on the next step it only loads 50 min of it (1.124GIG) and when I go to edit the movie within, it only has the 50min and is cutting off the rest of the 54 min part of the movie. I thought maybe there was a problem with the DVD shrinking process so I did that part all over again but did not fix the problem. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this wierd behavour?

I seem to have a workaround for the problem. I realized that Jeepers Creepers 2 NTSC R1 is duel layer. I used DVD2ONE v1.4 to transcode the move then loaded it into TMPGEnc DVD author and it read the whole movie. I guess DVDshrink 3.0 b5 or even v2.3 looses chapter information at the start of the second layer.(First layer was 50 min, second layer was 54 min). Wierd :)
