What program should be used to combine 3 avi files into a single movie. The files are parts 1 through 3 of the movie.
Thanks

This link will take you to a guide for VirtualDub (http://www.doom9.org/virtualdub_procedures.htm), with this tool, you can perform your task.
After tracking down some of your post history, it appears that you've already become familiar with VDub. Have you tried and failed to append these files with VDub? If so, I guess we'll need further input. :)

Thanks for the pointer. I have never seen the guide before. I guess my other post will be answered with a carefully reading of the guide. That post was concerned with the splitting of the audio and video prior to feeding into TMPGenC.
I will try to print out the guide for more careful reading and study.
Thanks

You're quite welcome, that's what it's all about. If/when you get stuck, post back, either here in this thread if the topics line up, or in a new thread if it's a clearly different issue. I've observed that posters get speedier offers of help if they say something like, "I've tried steps X,Y, and Z and can't get anywhere," as opposed to the "How do I do this?," approach. One gives proof of a pre-existing effort, the other can be construed as wanting to be spoon-fed.
At any rate, dig around and see what you come up with. If you can get your problem halfway figured out, I'm sure someone will ring in and help you carry it the rest of the way home. Good luck!
