Happy new year!
I've noticed this weird effect on many dvd sources:
The picture seems to be moving up and down, seems to be shaking a little. I think you could call the picture instable. I thought I'd just make a new thread about it because I couldn't find any useful filters or posts.
I'll also append an example clip from the last seconds of the movie "The Golden Child" (as soon as I figure out how to do it...).
Feel free to post your experiences with processing such material. I think with the right temporal filter lots of bitrate could be saved.
