I have a DVD movie but I want to change the chapters mapping but without reauthoring it again so is there any way to do this?

But if you mean changing the addresses of the cells, then you're going to have to re-author.

Hmmm...have a look at this thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61873&highlight=inserting+chapters+dvd). Seems to be similar to what you're asking. ;)

BTW, your movie does have chapters. It's just that it only has one. ;)
