hi,
my Panasonic S75 supports VideoDVD-RAM playback. as my LG 4040b can write RAMs, i would like to put my movies on it and view it with my player. i formatted the RAM with UDF 2.0, which is recommended for video data (referring to the DVD-RAM driver manual). i wrote the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders onto the disk, but the S75 denies to play the content.
my guess is, whether the disk format is wrong, or the file structure. DVD-VR actually uses different folder names and .vro files instead of .vob
BUT:
one guy in an other forum formatted the disk with his DVD-recorder panasonic DRM-E50 and copied the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders on the disk, and he claims, that this has worked for him. but i only have that LG 4040b DVD-writer, not a recorder. so what format do i have to use to make my player accept the movies on a DVD-RAM?
regards
