I had hoped there would have been somewhere to attach a file but there does not seem to be. I instigated SisSoftware Sandra and have all the info on my machine's guts (It does not mean too much to me) but it would help those who want to know what is inside of my unit for my future DVD burning. It is in rar file and about 250Kb area it opens in Winword but has 1000 pages if I read correctly.
So, how do I get this info to those who want to know so I can be helped?

In the thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67486/) we have running in the Newbies forum, I may be guilty of over-emphasizing the need to know your system spec's. My intention was to get an idea of the speed at which your system could process files. I believe you've already submitted enough information in this respect in the initial thread.

You were given a few links, a suggestion or two, and some rather vague advice, but why don't we try this? Post back in Newbies to your original thread and let us know what you've found out, or decided to do at this point. You stated that you wanted to convert VHS tapes to DVD's, so tell us how far you've gotten in the process of deciding how to go about this task. Again, please post in Newbies. Members with further information on this subject, can access that thread from the link in this post. Hang in there!
